HEALTH DEPARTMENT
1 ONE POST OF OPTOMETRIST (B-18)
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:-a) B.Sc (Hons :) Vision Sciences (Optometry) orB.Sc in Optometry and Ophthalmic technology from a recognized University;
b) Three years post qualification work experience in the relevant field; and
c) Post graduation in Optometry will be preferred.
Age Limit: - 21 to 35 years Plus Ten years general upper age relaxation granted by the Government of Balochistan.
Gender:-Both male and female candidates are eligible.
Syllabus: - MCQs test in the relevant Subject.
2 THIRTY EIGHT POSTS OF DENTAL SURGEON (B-17)
QUALIFICATION:-I) BDS orequivalent qualification from a recognized University.
II) Permanent and Valid Registration with PM&DC.
III) One year House Job from a recognized Institute / Hospital.
Age Limit: - 21 to 35 years Plus Ten years general upper age relaxation granted by the Government of Balochistan.
Gender:-Both male and female candidates are eligible.
Syllabus: - MCQs test in the relevant Subject.
3 FORTY THREE POSTS OF PHARMACIST/ DRUG ANALYST (B-17)
QUALIFICATION:-I) B.Pharmacy/ D.Pharmacy from a Pakistani University or equivalent
qualification from any other Institute recognized for this purpose by the
Pharmacy Council of Pakistan.
II) Registration in Register-A.
Age Limit: - 21 to 35 years Plus Ten years general upper age relaxation granted by the Government of Balochistan.
Gender:-Both male and female candidates are eligible.
Syllabus: - MCQs test in the relevant Subject.
4 EIGHTY TWO POSTS OF MEDICAL OFFICER (MALE) (B-17)
QUALIFICATION:-I) MBBS as recognized by the Pakistan Medical & DentalCouncil; oran
equivalent qualification from a recognized Institute by the Pakistan Medical &
Dental Council.
II) One year House Job from a recognized Institute / Hospital.
III) Permanent and Valid Registration with PM&DC.
Age Limit: - 21 to 35 years Plus Ten years general upper age relaxation granted by
the Government of Balochistan.
Syllabus: - MCQs test in the relevant Subject.
PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
5 SEVEN POSTS OF ASSISTANT ENGINEER (CIVIL)(B-17)
QUALIFICATION:-2ndClass Degree in B-Arch, B.E (Civil) from a recognized University and valid
Registration with PCATP/ PEC.
Age Limit: - 21 to 28 years Plus Ten years general upper age relaxation granted by
the Government of Balochistan.
Gender:-Both male and female candidates are eligible.
Syllabus: - MCQs test in the relevant Subject.
CLOSING DATE FOR RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS IS 27th JULY, 2015
a) The application on the prescribed form must reach the Balochistan Public Service
Commission, Quetta by hand or by mail on orbefore 27th July, 2015 (Monday) during office hours.
b) No extra time is allowed for postal transit etc.
TESTIMONIALS TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE APPLICATION FORM
1 Verified copies of Matriculation to final academic qualification (Certificates & Degrees)
alongwith detail marks sheet.
2 Verified copy of Local/Domicile Certificate.
3 Duly deposited treasury Challan (Green Original) asexamination fee and one Photostat copy
of deposited Challan.
4 Five attested fresh (Passport Size) photographs bearing the name and parentage of
candidate. One photograph must be pasted with gum on the specific place provided on the
application form.
5 Three character certificates (One from Head of lastattended Educational Institution and two
from different Gazetted Officers) (for fresh candidates).
6 Departmental permission from the Competent Authority (for in Service candidates).
7 Experience Certificate (where required) from the Competent Authority.
8 Attested copy of Computerized National Identity Card.
9 Candidates are required to attach two self-addressed envelopes bearing
Rs.35/- postage stamps each with application Form.
AVAILABILITY OF APPLICATION FORMS.
Application forms are available in the Commission office situated at Samungli Road (Near
Railway Crossing) Quetta Cantt on production of Treasury Challan (Green Colour) (duly
deposited) of Rs. 1000 for BPS-19, Rs.500 for BPS-18 and Rs.300 for BPS-16 & 17 on any
working day during Office Hours . Request for application form will also be
complied by Commission office if a accompanied by self addressed large size envelope
bearing Postage Stamps of Rs.25.
APPLICATION FEE:
The Candidates are required to attach with the application from the original treasury receipt
of Rs. 1000 for BPS-19, Rs.500 for BPS-18 and Rs.300 for BPS-16 & 17.The amount should
be deposited in the State Bank / National Bank of Pakistan or Government Treasury
authorized to transact business on behalf of Government of Balochistan under the Head
